kudzu is edible? Yep. Alton Brown ate some on his new show, Feasting on Asphalt. (He's cruising all over eating road food. hey - kudzu and roadsides are synonymous in the South are they not?) He did warn about pesticides, though.
Oh - do y'all like the new color scheme? I thought it was more collarddy than the tan and blue.

the greens in polk salad are edible, after preparation.....otherwise, you'll get sicky....
and yes, I do like the colors better.
